After starting his working life in finance, Ian has built over twenty years consulting experience delivering projects for blue chip clients such as the BBC, Sainsbury’s and Turner Broadcasting.
He has a long standing passion for exploring how the human dimensions of business can drive performance, particularly within teams and projects.
His blend of finance, process and people skills are reflected in Humotion’s approach, supporting clients by marrying data-led tools, with deep listening and empathetic facilitation.
